Shopify shop for hong kong

I'm looking for someone to help me create an online shop on Shopify for my business in Hong Kong. I am open to suggestions when it comes to theme and design, however, I do not have any existing product listings or images which would require import. I also need both Credit Card and PayPal to be enabled for payment. I'm looking for an experienced professional who can help me build my online presence and is familiar with the Shopify platform.
