Shopify shop designer

We would like to hire someone to streamline the optics of our shopify storefront - it's a simple store with only two products and minimal pages (just four sub-pages). The store could be based on an existing template but needs to be beautified a little - with a good font, some colors and minor design elements that are best left to the pros. All copy exists.
