Shopify plus developer for custom discount coding

I am looking for an experienced Shopify Plus Developer to do some custom discount coding for my store. Specifically, I need an individual item discount coded based on a percentage off and min qty amount- several variations , plus a total cart discounts with fixed amount off. I have not already set up discount codes in Shopify, so this would be a new implementation for me. The developer I hire should have extensive experience working with Shopify Plus, as well as custom discount coding.
