Shopify order cancel function

I'm looking for someone to help me develop an order cancel function for my Shopify store. The programming language used is Shopify and I do not currently have a cancel order function in place. Additionally, I need the ability to cancel orders only after they've been paid for. I need a reliable and experienced Freelancer that can complete this project for me in a timely manner.
