Shopify to open Order API with status update endpoints

I am looking for a very basic set up to map Shopify orders to an order management system automatically when they are received.
The app should marry up different data from;
Order, Customer, Product, Variant, Set Attributes (order) to create an API send up on an order being received into Shopify. All fields will be available in Shopify to successfully fill in the API send - which I can go through with the successful bidder.

I need to be able to update order statuses within Shopify on dispatch (status_callback in API docs) this needs to send Courier information including Tracking over to Shopify.
