Shopify integration with excel program

Hi, i need to do the following:
Export automatically from shopify to an Excel every new order, compare that orders with another Excel and if it appears in the second excel mark the order as paid in Shopify.
I would a way to get this done automatically, in a way that when a new order enters in Shopify it goes right to an excel and then compare to a different excel with the info about paid orders that i receive every week, and if it matches, i mean if the order from shopify is found in my excel with the paid orders mark. it inside shopify as paid.
