Shopify fixes brand/vendor products & text formats

Hi there
I need someone expert in Shopify or Ruby to fix 2 issues with my Shopify store
1.
there are 2 suppliers as apps installed
" BrandsGateway Dropshipping " this has 10000 Poducts and is my mainsupplier.
This one has a connection to the categories. So my Categories are structured like the suppliers structure.
This is a very cool way and uses the type of collection where you fill in products manually.
the second supplier brandsync has ca. 3-4000 (0 are imported right now)Products but it needs to have collection with tag sorting .
till now, no expert found a way to combine those, so that i have one menupoint like for example jackets (Jacken) and both supplier products of this category where listed
on collection page. maybe you find a way to integrate both somehow.

Product texts are the main Problem . They are not very good translated to german and in weird formats. i made a ref file to show the texts should automatically be transformed to with a right format, no white space , etc. So that i don't have to correct them via excel export import. like Is it possible to format the incoming product texts so that it looks good and sorted in clean bulletpoints. Now its only very different fonts and unclean looking
