Shopify expert for changes/ updates on the website

I am looking for an experienced Shopify expert to make changes and updates to my website. The primary focus will be on the design/layout of my website, although any suggestions for improvements to functionality and features are welcomed. I need the updates done as soon as possible, within 1 week if possible. If the project is completed before then, all the better. Looking for someone who is knowledgeable in the Shopify field and can work with speed and efficiency.
