Hello,
I'm setting up a new webstore (blank canvas in terms of themes and apps) and need some functionality I'm not seeing as readily available on any themes.
I’m going to break it into “Mandatory” and “Desired” functionality. Preferably want to get as much as possible from existing themes and apps without complexity of custom coding.
Mandatory features:
1.) b2b and b2c on the same webstore. Ability to fully hide dealer only products from retail customers, only dealers with approved accounts can view dealer only products. Ability to offer pricing levels (wholesale, retail, industry etc.). Accomplished through individual accounts not just a master password.
2.) Store needs to display qty. available. Important when only small numbers are in stock so dealers can make proper choices of buying right away or waiting depending on stock levels. (“In Stock" vs. "Out of Stock" with no number isn’t good enough.)
3.) Store must notify buyer when items are out of stock immediately. Can’t let transactions go all the way to checkout before this happens. (Out of stock items can’t be added to a cart.)
Desired features:
1.) Dropdown options within a product.
-Select size/color of a specific model from the product page vs. listing each item individually.
-Select mandatory add on options from within a product page via dropdown menu where we can select what appears as standard. However this is accomplished, the individual item SKU’s must remain consistent so 3PL’s can fulfill orders.
2.) Clean easy navigation with focus on photos. Ability to add in additional non product images to spice up the site.
I hope that this request is clear and easy to accomplish. If you could please provide approx costs and time frame that would be appreciated.
