Shopify customer login page

I am looking for a freelancer to design a customer login page for my Shopify store. The login page requires moderate customization to match my branding, and I have a rough idea of the color scheme I would like to use. In terms of functionality, I need an option for customers to delete their account after logging in. No other additional features are required.
