Shopify E-commerce Manager Needed
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I'm on the look-out for an experienced and reliable professional to manage various aspects of my medium-scale Shopify e-commerce business; this includes inventory management, customer support, and order processing.
Main Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: You'll be expected to oversee the stock levels, ensuring we're always fully supplied with our product offerings. Proficiency with Shopify's inventory management systems is strongly preferred.
- Customer Support: As part of your responsibilities, you'll be handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise, aiming for high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has previous customer service experience, great problem-solving skills and excellent communication.
- Order Processing: You will need to monitor and process customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery. Attention to detail and ability to resolve order-related issues swiftly is highly valued.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience with Shopify platform
- Inventory management, order processing, and customer service expertise
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with medium-scale e-commerce businesses
