Shopify build product options tool

Hi,
We are looking for a skilled shopify developer that can do a product option box like this website https://www.customcuff.co/products/custom-cuff, but with different type content. We will test with this project and if works out we will continue collaborating on new features.
1 - There should be by now 3 categories, "symbol", "phrase" and "text":
- Symbol category we will take data from an api with 1300 items, the list should be searchable as there is many options, we could launch the api internally to get the list premade so we can update once in a while. And it would be nice that we can add to this list items we want. it should prevent when we get the list from api to only get the items that are not in the list.
- Phrase, this one will contain premade phrases or words
- Text, this will be just a text box where the client can put a custom word, we have to have a restriction of characters that we will setup on backend settings.
2 - Tool has to have the feature as the reference to add more items directly and customise it dynamically, so each added item will have the 3 tabs and color options. In the reference web there is a box up/right that says "choose color & engraving" in red and when color and engraving option is chosen says "customized" in green. When added to cart it will add only the items with green box and it will appear in cart as individual items.
3 - The item with the custom symbol or phrase or text should appear in cart, order, emails, admin. We have a tool that takes the orders from shopify api with the custom text, this tool should work with that.
4 - Admin - we will have a panel in admin to handle the lists, get list from api and options.it should be dynamic so we can add other custom made lists
5 - Admin products - in each product we should be able to select which tabs will appear on the frontend
