Shopify and Wix Developer

Hi, I’m looking for an experienced Shopify and Wix developer who can build the following site. We need a site that will integrate with shopify and wix stores and will alert a customer with a pop a certain number of days after a product has been shipped and ask them to write a review on that shop. But also these reviews need to be captured and be displayed on our external website in various product categories. The pop up need to alert users based the product that they bought and only leave a review for that product.
