Shopify Wesbisite Designing and Programming

Hi All,
We are about to launch a shopify website and I need somebody to work with me regarding this. Initially, it is a simple task that creating a collection page for a menu, but in future we need to do the following:
a. Changing the entire layout of the website and making it nice and clean
b. Increasing the website speed
c. Implementing new functions
The above areas will need a developer to work with us for around 8 months and then for the routine maintenance work.
The developer should have skills in shopify programming and image designing (ideally). Please send your proposals, if you are interested.
