Shopify Website- improve conversion . Shopify Expert Required

We currently have two newly created shopify websites, at present we are struggling on the conversion of these websites. The websites are below

www.echoisland.co.uk
We have undertaken extensive advertising and we are getting really high CTR it means that our ads work - it makes people click the ad and they go to the landing pages/product pages. However, there may be something in their experience when in the website that doesn’t attract them to continue adding to cart then purchasing.
I am looking for a Shopify Expert to help with this.
The ideal candidate will provide analysis, a small snapshot of one or two steps that we can improve on the website. You do not need to provide all as this can be done when the contract starts
