Job Overview
We're currently looking for an all-rounder Full-Time Web Admin Web Assistant to maintain our three Shopify Stores. As a Web Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for:
Updating Shopify Web Pages.
Maintain and update the product feed.
Act as a technical support for the customer service team.
Assist in testing and QA of new theme releases.
Update the website documentation and changelogs.
This role reports to the Website Product Owner.
Responsibilities & Duties
Upload content to Shopify pages following provided guidelines.
Update the product feed.
Assist the customer service in resolving day to day user’s pain points.
Update the general website documentation.
Assist in QA for testing following the website testing matrix.
Qualifications
1-2 years experience with Shopify, Prestashop, Magento or any other e-commerce platforms.
Experience in Google Tag Manager and Google analytics is preferable but not required.
Proficient in Excel or Google Sheet.
Work Arrangements
Available +30 hours per week during Australian working hours 9am - 5pm AEDT
Flexible working arrangements available.
