Shopify Website Changes

We have a website on Shopify and are looking for a Shopify Expert. Project includes:
1. Customer Login through saved emails in browser
2. Build a feature for selling top and bottom apparel looks on website with option to choose different size for top and bottom
3. Include captcha code on Blog Section
4. Captcha code to be corrected on contact us page
5. Add a small questionnaire on Thank You Page (after payment of order)
6. Scroll to top link to be added on all pages
7. Category Image (round shape) on home page above hero banner under main menu (for both mobile and desktop)
8. Display available size in a product on collection page
9. Pincode checker and delivery date utility on product page (to be configured manually in backend)
10. Applicable discounts to be made visible on product page (above buy now button)
11. Product page - custom size module to be added
12. On Product Page - out of stock sizes to have a strike on their icon
13. In Mobile View, remove generic add to cart and buy now button. Sticky buttons for Add to cart and Buy Now to display side by side
14. Contact Us Page: change email address in form
15. On Home Page, align logo and menu bar in single line
16. On home page, reduce white spaces
17. On home page, edit style diaries section to make it more pleasing
18. Footer section colour change on home page
19. On home page, add section for customer review with image and text blocks. Should be editable in backend
20. On collection page, reduce height of collection banner and add same color as footer
21. Configure google ads for retargeting and also add tag manager for linkedin ads
22. On collection page, reduce white spaces between images
