Shopify Dropified Virtual Assistant
VA must have extensive experience in the dropshipping business,
so we won’t need to devote time to training.
Your Tasks.
• Inventory Management Upload new products and create SEO-focused titles/descriptions
• Shopify Order Management, manage the inventory and Fulfill orders via Dropified/AliExpress
• Shopify Payment Processing – Refunds, Store Credit to Credit
• Must know the Shopify, Dropified, and Ali Express platform
• Customer Assistance Text, Messenger Email Support
• 5 Stars Services to the Customers via email, SMS, Texts of IG FB • Communicate with Suppliers on WeChat
• Product Offers and Promotions
• Reporting to management Excel Reports: Create Excel inventory details.
• Are you available for long-term assignments 9 hours shift, 40-45 hours/wk.?
You will be part of a bigger team of VAs and managers already working and managing the Shopify e-commerce store.$150 PER MONTH
