Shopify Vehicle QR Activation

I’m building a Nirbhay-style flow on my Shopify store where a vehicle owner scans a QR code fixed to the car or bike, pays through a mobile wallet, receives an SMS-based OTP, enters it, and sees an instant “Activated” screen. Once verified, the QR should route any future scans to a masked call connection with the owner’s number hidden, and the admin panel must record the scan, payment, OTP status, and which garage sold the tag so I can credit their commission automatically.

Key flow
• Scan QR → Mobile-wallet checkout → SMS OTP → Text-based activation page → Success confirmation (show vehicle plate & tag ID).
• Handle unlimited vehicles per customer; each tag keeps its own activation and usage history.
• Commission ledger: every tag carries the garage ID; payout percentages should update in real-time and be exportable to CSV.
• Masked call support: number bridging through a reliable voice API so neither party sees the real phone number.
• Fully responsive, Shopify-native design; manage everything from the admin without extra apps if possible.
• Security: HTTPS, webhook verification, OTP expiry, and audit logging.

Deliverables
1. Liquid/Theme code and Shopify app (if needed) that drives the full scan-to-activation flow.
2. Integration with the chosen mobile wallet gateway and a reputable SMS OTP API.
3. Dashboard section for tag management, activation status, scan logs, garage commission tracking, and CSV export.
4. Documentation for installation, environment variables, and day-to-day operations.

I’ll test with a sample tag pack on both Android and iOS browsers; the job is finished once each step above works smoothly end-to-end.
