Shopify Upsell Pages Development

I'm looking for an expert in Shopify to create effective upsell pages for my online store once the initial order has been placed. The primary goal of these pages is to increase the average order value by promoting accessories related to the main products.
We have a main product 20 x Birthday Cards Box Set:
Step: 1 - Customer purchases the 20 x Birthday Cards Box Set - This is already done on Shopify so it doesn't need any work done.

Step: 2 - After they complete the checkout they are directed to select one of wrapping papers we have for sale (wrapping paper collections page). On this page they have the options to Pay with one click, skip to next page or view the product page (if they view the product page they will again have the option to purchase with one click within the product page).
Step: 3 - If they purchase or skip the wrapping paper page, they will be directed to the next page (Gifts Page) where they have the option to Pay with one click, skip to thank you page or view the product page (if they view the product page they will again have the option to purchase with one click within the product page).
Step: 4 - If they purchase or skip both the wrapping paper section and gifts section, they are directed to choose another birthday card box set from a collection, again they have the option to Pay with one click, skip to thank you page or view the product page (if they view the product page they will again have the option to purchase with one click within the product page), on this page they will have a 20% discount on all birthday cards box sets.
Step: 5 - They will be directed to the original Thank You Page that Shopify provides.

- Ensure seamless integration with the existing Shopify store.
