Shopify UpSell Variant

Hello, on my Shopify Theme I am selling a UpSell Product. But I need two variants, for example:
Shampoo 100ml > UpSell Product 1
Shampoo 500ml > UpSell Product 2
I don't want to sell the products seperately, it must be one main product with two different variant options (100ml and 500ml). But when the Customer selects one of the variants, he can also select an UpSell product.
At the meantime its possible to have only one UpSell product each product. When the customer choose the second variant (500ml) the upsell product stays the same. I need a developer to write me the code or build a tool to fix this.
