Shopify URL redirects from an old site

We are migrating our site to Shopify. Since Shopify creates its own structure of URLs for categories and products, we need a Shopify expert to create/export the list of all current URLs indexed by Google and then input them into the new Shopify site with the appropriate redirects. Google Search Console shows about 1.98k indexed URLs. Necessary access to Shopify and the Google Search Console will be provided accordingly.
