Shopify Theme Enhancement with Custom Page

I'm looking for a Shopify expert to add a new page to my store. That page will have an email widget where I will collect customer emails. I already have one on the home page but I need a stand alone page to link people to. They will put in their email and then text or file will be revealed like a recipe for instance. That recipe/file will also be auto emailed to them.

Key Requirements:
- Creation of a new page on Shopify
- Installation of a newsletter /email widget on this page
- Incorporation of hidden text/file that gets revealed when users sign up for the newsletter
