Shopify Template Development with Liquid

I am in the market for an adept developer with robust knowledge in Liquid to develop a thoroughly customized Shopify template. The development includes making API calls from the front end.
• Preferred Design: I have a specific design in mind for the Shopify template. The chosen developer will need to incorporate this design into the platform.
• Key Functionalities: I require a range of functionalities to be included in the Shopify template:
1. User accounts
2. Shopping cart
3. Live chat support
• Assets for Design: Rest assured, all design assets needed such as logos, images, and colors will be provided.
Ideal freelancers for this job are experienced with Liquid and Shopify, and have a track record of successful custom template creation with these tools. They also have a keen eye for details and are comfortable translating existing designs into functional online store templates. Time efficiency and excellent communication are important for this project.
