Shopify Tax Toggle

I need a Shopify developer to build a tax toggle on a website so users can switch between displaying ex vat and inc vat prices. We use the app 'Wholesale Pricing Now' to supply our wholesale customers with discounted pricing on our UK Shopify store. The downside to this app is that I can't show my customer's prices excl. VAT.
We would like someone to be able to create a toggle that enables the customers to view prices without VAT, but ensures that VAT is applied at checkout. This would need to work in conjunction with our app so that the wholesale prices can also show the excluded/included VAT price.
