Shopify Supplier Stock Sync app + enable ordering if local stock = 0
Budget: $250 – $1,000 USD
I'm searching for a skilled developer to create a Shopify app which can update stock-QTY from various suppliers and display their stock-status on frontend (if local stock is 0) towards the customer.
Enable backordering if local stock is 0 but supplier stock is 1+, thus giving customers the ability to order products from suppliers through the webshop.
This app/module is already running live in Prestashop but I´m shifting to Shopify and need similar solution with some upgrades.
Currently I have 25.000 products but will be close to 100.000 at a later point and many will only be avaliable through supplier-ordering.

This is an example from Prestashop, here the stock-QTY from a specific supplier is being displayed as 5+
and ordering is enabled.
Currently I have 9 different suppliers.
I will supply all the daily updated supplier files to either my FTP or a given FTP.
Each .csv file will have the same format and will contain: SKU QTY DATE
SKU - product reference
QTY - supplier stock.
DATE - future stock date of when the supplier restock the product.
The name of the file will be the supplier-name, example: supplier1.csv
Features:

On the product-page display extended delivery-time (see 1.jpg for example). This to notrify the customer clearly of the extended delivery-time if ordering a product from a supplier.

Use colors to clearly notify of delivery hours. (check example 2.jpg to see the use of colors with 3 different stock-status)

Delivery-time will be calculated based on each suppliers defined days of delivery to our warehouse + the time of order of the day (cut off time). This will be defined in backend.

Customers should receive a clear notifications during checkout if a product in his/her cart has extended delivery time.
*
And the customer should receive a follow-up email after the order has been placed to notify him/her of the possible extended delivery-time.

If the delivery-time is above example 10 days (most likely due to future delivery date), then define logic to be able to send an automatick follow-up e-mail of delivery-time that he/her order has not been forgotten. This to avoid the customer to contact us for an update.
- Make it possbile to enable and disable this function pr. each order.

Enable easy add / remove of suppliers to a product.

Support import/export changes easily via example Matrixify app.

Update each .csv file in the webshop based on the defined hours in backend for each supplier (they sync at different hours during the day)

A products can have more than 1 supplier. If supplier 1 has 0 stock, then display supplier 2 if stock is aviliable. Check supplier-on-product.jpg and multiple-suppliers-pr-product.jpg

The solution should be user-friendly for both backend and frontend (customers).

Display stock-status and delivery-time both on product page as well as in category-pages.
Ideal skills and experience for this project include:
- Proficiency in Shopify app development
- Strong understanding of inventory management and supplier relations
- Experience in creating user-friendly interfaces for e-commerce applications
- Prior experience with order automation and real-time stock display is a plus.
