Shopify Subcategory Page Link Renaming

I need assistance with modifying the links on my Shopify subcategory pages.
I'm using the Shopify platform and I would like to alter the names of the links that direct to the various subcategories on my site.
Key tasks include:
- Renaming the existing links on my subcategory pages
- Adjusting the URLs to match the new link names
- Give a small video on how these changes are made so I can replicate them
- It cannot be linked to collections, they must be pages linked
Ideal skills and experience for this project include:
- Proficiency in Shopify and understanding of its link structuring
