What you're providing us with:

The ad accounts should be able to target Iraq country, otherwise will be rejected
Every ads manager should have a separate balance and a separate payment method
The accounts should have 0% tax rate
In case we can't log into the accounts because of the IP, or if we need a VPN to log in you're required to solve the issue so we can log in without a VPN and if the issue was not resolved within one week you'll replace all the accounts.
The accounts should be completely separate from one another in terms of bans and restrictions. If one of the ad account gets banned, restricted or suspended the business center should not be affected and should still be able to create ad accounts. Otherwise the order will be refunded and the accounts will go back to you.
If the business center's password, login info or any information inside of it is changed and we can't access it, or if it gets banned or suspended without any reason(EX. TikTok Policy Violation) from our side the whole amount of money should be returned to us.
The business center account should be verified, if later on the verification is canceled we cancel the order.
The ads managers will be shown to an expert and a test campaign will run with them to see if they actually work properly. If they don't, the order gets cancelled and the money will not be paid.
The business center should be verified with actual company information and the "Verified" badge must show.
