Shopify Store Product Feed Optimization

I run a Shopify store with a catalog of 10,000+ products provided via a distributor feed (CSV/XTP format). The raw feed is not usable as-is: Descriptions are weak. Images don’t fit well on Shopify. No alt text or SEO data. Technical specifications are unformatted. I need an automation solution that will transform this distributor feed into a Shopify-ready format that exactly matches the structure I already use on my store. What I Need Product Data Transformation Every product must follow my exact Shopify HTML template (sample will be provided). Rewrite descriptions into SEO-friendly format. Format technical specifications with <p><strong>…</strong><br> style. Generate Meta Title, Meta Description, Tags, URL handle, and Alt Text. Must match my current store’s formatting exactly (no deviations). Images Resize and optimize distributor images so they display properly on Shopify. Add SEO alt text automatically. Output Deliver a Shopify-ready CSV (Matrixify format preferred) for bulk import. Must be a repeatable process so I can re-run when new distributor feeds are updated. Requirements Must have proven Shopify bulk product import experience. Must understand SEO optimization for eCommerce. Must deliver an exact template match (I will provide an example product page). No freestyle formats — all descriptions, SEO, and tech specs must match my sample. Must create a workflow/script/process that can be reused for future feeds. Deliverables A repeatable process that converts the distributor feed → Shopify-ready format. 1 sample batch (5-10 products) for review. Full catalog once approved. Documentation for a non-technical user to run in the future. Skills Needed Shopify (Matrixify/Stock Sync, bulk import/export). Product feed transformation (CSV/Excel).
