Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritizing order management

- Listing new items on the store
Essential Order Management Tasks:
- Processing refunds and exchanges efficiently
- Keeping track of shipments
- Resolving customer issues in a timely manner
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years proven experience managing a Shopify store
- Excellent communication skills for email correspondence
- Ability to list items accurately and efficiently
- Proficient in using Shopify's native tools for order management
