We are looking for an experienced Shopify Product Upload & Catalogue Specialist to assist with the setup and management of a large eCommerce store.

The project involves importing and organising thousands of products from our dropship partner into Shopify while following a structured category, collection and SEO framework.

Scope of Work

Product Uploads

* Import products into Shopify
* Upload product images
* Configure product variants
* Add SKU and barcode information
* Verify product details and specifications
* Maintain data accuracy

Collections & Categories

* Create Shopify collections
* Organise products into the correct categories
* Apply collection rules
* Configure product tags and filters
* Ensure products appear correctly throughout the website

SEO Optimisation

* Optimise product titles
* Create SEO-friendly URL handles
* Add meta descriptions
* Add image ALT text
* Improve collection and category SEO

Requirements

Essential

* Strong Shopify experience
* Experience with bulk product imports
* Excellent attention to detail
* Good written English
* Experience using Excel or Google Sheets
* Ability to follow documented processes

Preferred

* Experience with large catalogues (5,000+ products)
* Experience with dropshipping catalogues
* Understanding of Shopify automated collections
* SEO knowledge
* Experience with CSV imports and exports

We have excel which lists SKU, Product name, description, price, barcode, images & product URL if needed. These could be imported in Shopify somehow if you know how and then the collections created as per our guide we will provide you.
