Shopify Store Customizations

I am looking for a Shopify developer who can assist with three specific customizations for my store. These changes are vital to the functionality of my store and its overall user experience.
Requirements:
- Make footer menus collapse on mobile: As the mobile user base is growing, I need the footer menus on my Shopify store to collapse on mobile devices. This is to ensure that users can easily navigate through the website on smaller screens.
-Next, I'm aiming to transition my payment methods on the product page from app-based to being coded directly into the page to reduce site load. I want to keep the current payment methods (Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, PayPal, Maestro, American Express) and maintain their smooth appearance when the product page loads, just like the current app behavior
- Remove default "add to cart" popups in the homepage: The default "add to cart" popups are causing some inconvenience to my customers. I want to remove these and replace them with a more subtle and less intrusive alternative.
