Shopify Site Development

I have an existing website that I need to move over to Shopify. The existing site consists of a home/landing page with information about a single product including a carousel of reviews (using a free review app). The user will click on a button to add to cart and then go to the checkout. The site will need to have an about us, contact, and refund policy page (I don't need a product detail page since all info is on the home page). The shopify site also needs to use the new online store 2.0 themes. I have started to configure the site using the Dawn theme but I am having difficulty with some of the content/styles, having 2 buttons to scroll to an area of the page, the reviews are not showing up, and I need a button to add my product to the cart and take the user to the cart. I'll also need some help ensuring the other pages have the same look.
