Shopify Rebuild, Optimization & Migration

I’m ready to give my existing Shopify store a fresh start. The priority is a noticeably better user experience, so every decision in this rebuild should push us toward intuitive navigation, faster loading times, and a clean, modern look.

Here’s what I need done:
• Re-platform the current store onto a new, well-performing theme that supports robust e-commerce features and a built-in subscription flow. I don’t have a specific template in mind, so I’m counting on you to recommend and implement the best option.
• Redesign the site architecture so shoppers reach products, collections, and checkout with fewer clicks and zero confusion.
• Optimize performance—code, imagery, and apps—until page-speed scores reflect the “faster loading” goal on both mobile and desktop.
• Migrate all products, customer data, order history, and settings with no downtime or data loss.
• Ensure the final build is fully responsive, SEO-ready, and easy for me to update going forward.

Deliverable: a live Shopify store that loads quickly, looks current, and guides customers naturally from landing to purchase or subscription. Once you hand it over, it should feel like an entirely new experience—only the brand and data stay the same.
