Shopify Product listings and support

We have a small Shopify site and each week we are producing new content on either products or blog articles. We are trying to get someone to help us with taking content from word documents and putting it onto the site. Initially the work is a little adhoc but as we gain traction this will keep building out more tasks.
Tasks include:
1) copying content from word documents and putting onto a website. We use a prestige theme and so some understanding of the nuances of this theme would be helpful.
2) learning a Shopify variants app (advanced product options) and copying the variants with prices from a spreadsheet and putting them onto the website using the app
3) adding product photos and optimising them for seo
