Shopify - Product category - No display desired under "Shop all".

I have opened a new product category in shopify. I can assign different products to this product category. I would like these products to only be displayed in this category. I don't want the products to be displayed under "Shop all". Is there a way to set products that are only displayed in the category and not also in "Shop all"?
