Shopify Printstore Default Variant Selector

I need a modification on my Shopify printstore. I want the 3rd variant (Large) of every product to be selected by default as soon as the product page loads. This should apply to all products, regardless of their variant sequence, and across all device types - desktop, tablet, and mobile.
