Shopify Porto Theme configuration and setup

Im Maxime, E-commerce manager for a boat dealer in Canada (New york time zone). We do operate an online store for boat parts and accessories for 2 years now. At this point we are running a free theme with lots of apps plug-in and that result in a very basic website with poor speed score. We recently bought the Porto theme for shopify and we are seeking to hire an Shopify Expert to get us up and running. We need a full configuration of the theme as per our requirement in both english and french (we will provide text). We are looking for an expert that can also helps us improve the design to optimise customer experience and sales.
