The artwork is already finished, so no design assistance is required—instead the focus is on a smooth technical setup, an Indian-friendly checkout flow, and a polished customer experience.

Key objectives
• Theme configuration and visual tweaking so the site looks modern, mobile-first, and fast.
• Integration of one or more POD apps that can fulfil and ship within India (Printful, Printify, Gelato, or your recommended alternative) together with automatic product sync.
• Payment gateway configuration for Indian buyers (UPI, Razorpay, PayPal, major cards) with GST settings enabled.
• Shipping rules and rates tailored to domestic pin-codes plus an option for international delivery later.
• Creation of initial product listings—including variants, size charts, and mock-ups—using the designs I provide.
• Setup of essential pages: Home, Shop, About, Contact, FAQ, Privacy, and Return Policy.
• Basic on-page SEO (titles, meta descriptions, alt tags) and Google Analytics integration.
• Final hand-over that includes a quick video or written guide on adding new products and processing orders.
