Shopify Online Store Creation Guidance

I require an experienced Shopify developer to provide guidance on how to create an online shop for selling physical products on Shopify. You'll have to demonstrate a track record in the following:
- Setting up a Shopify store
- Domain registration and linking
- Ideally, knowledge on inventory management would be appreciated, though it is not a strict requirement.
I have already registered a domain name, and I need to understand how to link it to my Shopify store, along with the best practices for setting up a web store with physical products. Note that I skipped the inventory management functionality question, and am therefore open to both possibilities depending on advised best practices.
Successful completion of this project will leave me with the skills and knowledge to manage my own online Shopify store selling physical products.
