Shopify - Narrative Theme Main Video on Mobile

We are using the Narrative theme in Shopify, we have a video that is playing on the home page which works great for desktop however on mobile it does not work and just shows a static image. I know this is a built in parameter in the theme but we have found code fixes online - tried the fixes and does not work.
We are looking for someone to enable the video playing on mobile devices.
