Shopify Multilingual Theme Expert
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
My current Shopify store needs its theme refactored so every template, section, and snippet can display flawlessly in several languages without breaking design, SEO tags, or app integrations. All hard-coded copy must be moved into proper translation strings, JSON locale files set up, and the language switcher wired to Shopify’s native Translate & Adapt (or a similar app if you suggest a better fit).
Please work directly in Liquid, CSS/SCSS, and JavaScript to:
• replace embedded text with dynamic t() keys or schema-based settings
• keep typography, spacing, and image ratios identical across languages
• ensure RTL support can be added later with minimal rework
• test on desktop, tablet, and mobile so no element overflows or misaligns after translation expansion
• leave clear in-code comments so my team can add new languages later
Deliverable is a theme copy ready to publish, fully translated for at least one extra language of our choice, plus a short README explaining where to add future strings. After hand-off I will verify by switching languages on a staging URL; any visual or functional regression must be fixed within the warranty period we agree on.
