Shopify Mobile View theme adjuster

Hi , I Have a Shopify Store which i am happy with the desktop view but the mobile view does not look great and needs some work. I'm looking for someone who can make my mobile view for the shopify store nicer. we currently have a website that's not on shopify at the moment and you can literally copy the design aspect on that.
