Shopify Minimum Checkout Different for Each Category

Looking for solution where Each Category can have own minimum checkout. We have different type of customers for food delivery. Would like to have options that we can have One Shopify site, instead using multiple sites. Like for lunch we have Free Delivery to business, since we get multiple orders, and we deliver all lunches at same time. It is different when we get order for house and we need to charge for single order. Would like to get solution that by adding App or custom solution, we could use one store for different checkout minimum for different Category.
