Shopify to Microsoft Fabric Data Sync

I'm looking for a professional who can set up an unattended process to seamlessly synchronize all my Shopify order data into a Microsoft Fabric data lake.
Key Requirements:
- Utilize the "updatedAt" GraphQL query argument to download all orders modified since the last GraphQL call.
- Create a different table in Fabric for each personalized orders query object, including: order header, order lines (lineItems), fulfillment order header, fulfillment order lines, fulfillment header, fulfillment lines, refund header, and refund lines.
- Implement a method to log and continue processing in case of data inconsistencies.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in GraphQL and Microsoft Fabric
- Experience with Shopify data
- Strong data management skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and handle data inconsistencies effectively
