Shopify VA & Meta Ads Management

I need a reliable virtual assistant who can keep my Shopify store running smoothly while also driving paid traffic through Meta. On the store side you will upload and optimise new product listings, tweak the design so it stays on-brand and user-friendly, and stay on top of daily order management tasks like fulfilment status updates and customer follow-ups.

On the advertising side you will create fresh Facebook and Instagram campaigns, manage the spend to hit ROAS targets, and send me concise performance reports so we can iterate quickly. I already have an ad account and Pixel installed; you will get admin access as soon as we start.

Deliverables
• Up-to-date product catalogue with SEO-friendly titles, images and tags
• Iterative theme edits pushed live only after review
• Order dashboard kept clear and customers informed daily
• Live Meta campaigns, budget pacing monitored, creatives refreshed as needed
• Weekly report covering spend, CTR, CPA and recommendations
