Shopify Megamenu and filter

I’m working with the Soho theme on Shopify and need a developer who can push it beyond its presets.
I need to format the megamenu to have the same layout as the megamenu seen on The Upside. it needs to function the same way and have images added as well that can be changed in the future.
In addition, we would like to format the filter system to also look like the filter on The Upside.
We are on a time crunch and need this to be done relatively quickly.
