Shopify, Klaviyo Dynamic SKUs

I am looking for someone with great knowledge of shopify.
We are selling fit to fly covid tests, when someone places an order, we need a unique code to be emailed for every test they order, so if they order 10 tests they will get 1 email with booking 10 booking codes.
the emails will be sent out VIA klaviyo is the route im thinking, i already have the emails setup just need the codes added. The codes will be HND followed by 7 digits counting up from HND0000001 and up. each code can only be used once.
So, I have done a bit of research and I understood that you can create a different reference number for each ordered unit by SKU's (Stock Keeping Unit). This will allow us to have a different reference number for each unit and after each unit is sold its assigned reference number will be automatically be integrated in the email sequence that the customer will receive after ordering.
please is anyone able to assist with this.
