Shopify - Hide prices & 'Add to cart' button for products within a collection.
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
We are a B2B wholesaler on Shopify. Currently we don't require customers to create an account to purchase any products.
But now we have a B2C 'retail range' collection, we need anyone wanting to buy from that collection to register an account with us to reveal the prices.
So anyone who is not registered or signed in to their account will not be able to see the prices, and add to cart button for any products in that collection. So the 'add to cart' needs to be replaced with a 'sign in to view prices' button on the product pages. And prices need to be blocked until the sign in.
We also need customers to continue to see all other prices in other collections, and add to cart. So if they don't add products to their cart from the 'retail range' collection, they can still checkout and purchase without signing into an account.
We have tried apps and all have been a problem.
We also need a simple solution to add additional products to the 'retail range' collection in the future.
We have two stores; lashv.com and lashv.com.au so needs to be applied to both sites.
We are on Shopify Plus. And they have said it can be done with coding.
So we do not want to adjust or use 3rd party apps. We have tried and it didn't work.
ONLY APPLY if you have done this project before.
Must supply examples of websites to show you have done this before.
