I'm experiencing a functionality issue with my Shopify store. The "Get a Quote" function doesn't work properly. Customers are filling out quote requests, but we're not receiving them.

Choose one item and you see a "get a quote" button. If you fill the form and press this button we do not get any email. We need to fix this issue so we can see the customer request.
